I don’t know why some pics are smaller, it’s a Sandero. Maybe Mexico plates, didn’t really see well. plus the plate had a fat frame on it.

Those are definitely Mexican plates.
Some states have different schemes now, but generally if a car has plates that have three letters followed by four numbers it’s Mexican.
AAA-00-00.
These are my best guesses:
Newer plates are like this sometimes, they broke away from the AAA-00-00 instead AAA-000-A:
